As a user of this flagship product, TeamViewer, an all-in-one solution for remote assistance, this software has remote access availability and online meetings, which breaks down geographical distances between large businesses allowing you to assist clients remotely, work with colleagues remotely and also stay connected with your own devices or assist friends and family. This product in recent years has been developing and optimizing the way we share documents and adding artificial intelligence scenarios, for example, in our organization all processes are subject to policies that to attend meetings we have to add a wallpaper as standard to attend meetings.
- Up to 25 participants can be added to a teleconference or videoconference, depending on the license you have.
- Translation of lectures into the native language.
- Recording of the videoconference for an extended period of time.
- Community and content solutions to technical problems and immediate response from the company's technical support.
- Add multifactor or two-factor authentication for TeamViewer access.
- Add Microsoft Edge to the list of mobile browsers.
- I'd like to see done differently, Remote Printing, Blank Screen and Other Free Plan Features.
- Less face-to-face communication: if we extend the formula in days and employees, the communication will change ostensibly.
- Control Difficulty: although studies speak of a bond with the employee, remote team management is more complicated.
- The work environment will be lost and it is very likely that professionals will have a less global perception of the work carried out by the company.
I love that all the apps are interconnected. I don't have to work separately on a standalone system, the products are quite easy for end users to use, the uptime is very good, the product is virtually maintenance-free, and the multi-layered security is excellent from a security standpoint. I chose TeamViewer for the support, usability and number of users who prefer them and have the service for its easy handling.

This is a unique solution that is very easy to install, TeamViewer has a good interface, in my experience the most valuable feature of TeamViewer is its ease of use and beneficial remote access, how easy access and frequent updates. I found the solution easy to use even for beginners. It is not so sophisticated as to make it difficult for users to use. There are different types of security features available, such as encryption and random machine identification.
The organization is in the process of training with this type of secure method, resilience has been a barrier, however it was expected to prevent user accounts from being compromised, in the previous review we requested double authentication and the new TeamViewer update includes it. This app is at the forefront of security, thus avoiding exposing the availability, confidentiality and integrity of the information of its users.
