Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Keeping the software up to date is important for security and new features. Connecting TeamViewer with our other tools, like support ticket systems, made managing help requests easier.
In our organization, we use TeamViewer to remotely access employee systems and provide IT support. It helps us fix technical issues, install software, and update systems without having to be on-site.We use TeamViewer also for doing Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for clients internal servers,firewalls and switches to check and find vulnerabilities in their network systems.

Pros

  • TeamViewer makes remote access and gives us best remote experience during our scan in their network without any disruptions.
  • TeamViewer makes remote access and control extremely easy and reliable
  • Another strong feature is file transfer, which allows us to securely send patches, documents, or tools during a session

Cons

  • It would be helpful if the user interface were more intuitive for managing groups and permissions
  • TeamViewer has really helped our business by saving time and cutting down on travel costs
  • It’s also made it easier to support people working from home
We have used and evaluated other remote access tools like AnyDesk and Microsoft Remote Desktop Compared to these, TeamViewer stands out for its easy setup, strong security features, and reliable performance across different devices and platforms.
