Overall Satisfaction with TelemetryTV
Stanpac Inc. uses Telemetry as one way to communicate with its employees. We have six screens, 5 in Canada and 1 in the USA. Each screen is in a different department with the exception of the customer entry foyer. We post employee-related information, up comping events, birthdays, promotions, etc.
- Easy to learn, easy to set up.
- More than one user can access and make edits, add new material, etc.
- Good assortment of communication Apps.
- Excellent online help/chat function. Click on the chat icon and someone responds promptly.
- Low maintenance, once it's set up it just keeps running.
- Its a simple set up, I honestly can't think of anything that it's lacking.
- Adding info to the screens is simple and quick. Our previous system was more time consuming. We are able to post important information in real time.
- Because more than one user can access the screens, the work load can be distributed.
Telemetry works SO much smoother than the other platforms I have used/tried. I stoped looking when I found Telemetry
