Overall Satisfaction with Terminus ABM Platform

Terminus ABM is being used primarily by clients in conjunction with my teams at an agency to use data available to better target B2B prospects. This is primarily based on sales signals to activate multi-channel campaigns. This also enabled us to get a full view of potential customers along with existing ones. From there, this helps the sales team activate our database to begin conversations to convert.

I would say Terminus is easier to use and more cost effective. It is a better solution for beginners to get up and running with ABM marketing with enough runway to advance. Their customer service team is average, but there are learning tools to teach yourself. Lots of opportunity to increase your contact book.

They can take your 1P CRM data and match it to their identity graph along with enriching segments to help grow your customer base. The platform is simple to use and is a leader in the space.

The goal is to utilize the platform in order to sell our products to people who categorize themselves as business decision-makers in the industry. Bascially, Termiunus ABM is the awareness mechanic to help stoke discussions.
3 - These are people who are familiar with marketing and advertising efforts from a lead-based perspective. There are also people who work on the sales side of the business to use the data provided by Terminus to help nurture these leads to help book product overviews, demonstrations and close the deal with customers.

Terminus is a turn-key partner in the B2B Account-Based Marketing space. Their model is flexible and efficient which in turn provides effective results. Their sales staff is great and never tries to up-sell, but rather coach and educate our teams to be better at our jobs. It has been great to collaborate.

Evaluating Terminus ABM Platform and Competitors

Price for the technology was importance since some clients were just starting out with account based marketing. Terminus was there to assist educate our people and provide effective solutions based on our budget. We did not feel any pressure and their platform has been turn key and high performing for us.
I would probably look to generate more and different use cases when evaluating partners like Terminus and their competitors for our account-based marketing needs. Now that we have more experience, it would have been great to be more precise and ask more thoughtful questions to prospective partners in the space.
