Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Text-Em-All to communicate with our volunteer tutors and adult learners. Most of our learners don't have or use email, so texting is much more efficient. Many of our volunteers like the ease of using text over email too. We use it for office hour reminders and events and to check in with the volunteers.

Love sending the bulk messages
Easy to use the templates for others to proof read before we send them out

Cons

None that I have come across - we did set up the out of office message which is very helpful
