Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
[The] Okta [Identity Cloud] is used across the entire organization to provide single sign-on, user and groups management, and application onboarding as well and user lifecycle management as users are provisioned or de-provisioned across the organization. The user interface is intuitive and easy to manage and scale for the entire organization.

Certainly, integrating various SaaS application with [The] Okta [Identity Cloud] allows for both single sign-on and multi-factor authentication to be enabled, users just need to remember one password which is synced across Active Directory and all other federated applications. Any new applications within the organization are onboarded first to [The] Okta [Identity Cloud] before being delivered to users across the globe. One single platform to go and with company branding, helps to prevent or minimize security incidents.
One particular incident we [had] was when suddenly users stopped receiving phone verification calls and reached out to [The] Okta [Identity Cloud], they increased the priority and followed up with their vendors. While waiting, they provided a workaround which was implemented while waiting for the issue to be resolved. Upon resolution, we switched back to voice call authentication for those not using the Okta [Identity Cloud] app.
While in most cases, users generally do not face any issue, we have had isolated cases when users do not receive voice calls for authentication. As the voice call portion is managed by [an] external vendor for Okta, there [have] been cases where delays into several days occur before the issue is resolved. Overall the team is responsive but occasionally support tends to slack.
