Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
We have all of our passwords saved which can be helpful as well as all of the platforms we use located in one place for easy access. Mostly the use case I find myself leveraging is a password saver. I acknowledge that I do not use the platform for its full value as it is not a part of my workflow.

- Enterprise recourse library
- The passwords can be more easily accessible for password editing.
- More secure passwords.
I have not benefitted from this as I do not use this.
I have never worked with customer/support teams.
This has not impacted this for me.

LastPass is far better and user friendly! I would not select Okta
