Overall Satisfaction with The Raiser's Edge

At the non-profit arts organization where we used Raiser's Edge, it was THE software we used to manage all development and fundraising endeavors. It allowed us to track memberships, including renewal dates, donation amounts, and member contact information. We regularly used the system to generate mailings to our constituency and to report out on financial goals and fundraising progress for the board.

  • Easy reporting.
  • Great contact management.
  • Beautify the interface.
  • Raiser's Edge provided detailed information on our members which allowed us to better serve them in the moment.
  • Raiser's Edge allowed us to generate extremely detailed reports to track progress and establish new goals.
Without it, our organization would not have been able to function as well as it did.
It's fantastic for membership and fundraising campaigns. I would suggest that anyone in the market for fundraising or contact management software use the query function and try generating a few reports before committing to the purchase of the software.
