Overall Satisfaction with The Raiser's Edge
It was used at my job at the Contemporary Art Museum in St. Louis. It was used mostly by the Marketing and Development teams as a membership database. We stored all our member information in Raiser's Edge and used it as a tool for keeping track of them and sending members information.

- Various sorting / search features
- Ability to note different categories of memberships - from Highest to Lowest donors
- A bit challenging to learn - not intuitive at first glance
- Sometimes slow
- Extremely thorough membership tracking / information collection
