Overall Satisfaction with ThoughtSpot
It's my understanding it is used by the whole organization. We, as the Marketing Department use it for customer survey results, email metrics, and overall business performance.
- Ability to update and make dashboards.
- Easy to collaborate with other team members.
- Simple interface.
- For us as an organization, the hardest part is making sure we're aligned on how we look at the data.
- It can be easy for data to be manipulated in different ways (this goes along with the first bullet point).
- Positive: Allows team to work more efficiently.
- Positive: Allows us to quickly respond to business needs.
I would say 2-4 weeks to become comfortable with the platform. It depends on the user and scope.
