Overall Satisfaction with ThousandEyes
We needed a soliton to help us monitor some internal and external web servers. For some of our software as service solutions, we use ThousandEyes to track availability and response time to notify us if any issues arise. Before ThousandEyes we were aware of the status of the server's basic SNMP, but now with the Web Test, we can get additional status about the service itself.

ThousandEyes is a specialized complementary tool used in our company. We used other tools to go deeper into the overall performance of the internal components of the managed element, historical reports of usage, alerts, etc. With ThousandEyes we have improved the service application level testing to monitor response time and traceability across the network.
