Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including BusinessWorks and Scribe)

We use Scribe to integrate Dynamics CRM with Dynamics GP.

Pros

  • Performs calculated data transformations on the fly.
  • Schedules recurring jobs with great flexibility.
  • Allows granular selection of notifications.

Cons

  • User interface isn't as intuitive as it could be.
  • Scribe has made it possible to use Dynamics GP with CRM for sales orders.
