Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Data Virtualization

TIBCO Data Virtualization is one of the widely used and popular Data Virtualization Tools which was initially developed by the identity of Cisco Information Server. This product was developed with the sole and primary purpose of breaking down all of the data silos and transforming all of the complicated data into a simplified version which eventually makes it interpret and understand. This tool has been serving its great features in organizations for a long time.
  • The software has flawlessly connected all of the primary data sources and combined the transactional data with different other department data sources simultaneously.
  • The I advantage found in the platform is its ability to scale out all of the queries in horizontal and vertical ways both of which I find to be very unconventional.
  • With the help of this platform the sales and marketing department of our organization can easily gauge by making an assessment exclusively for their penetration stages and even environmental in-depth analysis.
  • There are a few downsides of the tool as well as personally in my organization I felt that there is no such support of data lineage.
  • There was also some poor integration with different modeling tools.
  • Our organization has been using this solution to differentiate the unique and out-of-the-box solutions which can support the demanding requirements and even provide extra data sources than any of the players available in the market.
  • Due to the wide array of options available on the forum, this platform also supports a huge number of data sources like message queues, no-SQL, and much more.
Response time in this software needs to be improved because as a user I expect prompt and instant response which satisfies me as a user. With that being said, I felt that the customer service is a lacking factor which needs to be improved.
It has been a reliable tool that gives us great solutions for handling errors. As the name implies the tool has served its purpose of Data Virtualization in the most methodical way possible which is a great advantage for me as a user because now I do not feel the need for another tool for my organization because this one structurally suffices the required needs.
This platform is a great and suitable fit for organizations because of its name in the field of Data Virtualization Tools and
also because as a user I have had a great experience so far.
