We have a technical support group located in a separate office from our headquarters. So we need to track the activities of our technicians and how much time they are using for different tasks. We have seen that after using this tool, the technicians start to care more about working hours and about the efficiency of their work.
Pros

Cons
- We need integration with ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
- We also need integration with Assembla.
- In my case, we have a positive impact and we will continue to use this tool in the future.
