Overall Satisfaction with Totango

It is being used by the Customer Success and Account Management team to track our customer satisfaction and send reminders to do certain activities based on data.
  • Individual account record management.
  • Analytics.
  • Automated messaging.
  • AI to improve recommended actions.
  • It is difficult to get real ROI versus just using SFDC.
I would likely go back to using SFDC as system of record if I could do it over again.

Totango is a good tool. I just don't see it being of major value to me and my team.
It is an elegant product. Has a nice look and feel. Very modern.
For non sophisticated environments, just looking to track client data or manage small customer sets Totango is fine.
