Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Tovuti LMS to train not only our staff on employee information but also our organization's membership. We use it for training, development, and a variety of other preparation opportunities we offer to our members. Being that we have clubs and members spread across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, Tovuti LMS has greatly helped us deliver consistent and timely training information.

Pros and Cons

Support: The amount of support I've received as an admin of the system is amazing! This is the 4th LMS system I've used. I've never had such a high level of support!
Content Creation: I don't need a multitude of programs to upload to Tovuti LMS. I'm easily able to use the system or create a PowerPoint for my needs. This has saved our non-profit organization a ton of money!
User Friendly: Tovuti LMS is user-friendly, not only for me but also for our users! Once in the system, our users find navigation simple.

We desperately want (and need) to put parameters on usernames. We want to use email addresses. Having this be a system "requirement" as an option for admins to choose is on my high-priority list of needs.
The ability to click and drag to reorder the layout and courses would be helpful. I spent a solid hour just yesterday reordering our media list so the oldest items were at the bottom instead of the top.
Having an archive for courses, lessons, etc. no longer being used would be super helpful. Having to sort through all the "unpublished" items can take a ton of time.

Consistency in training our members and officers
A place to house development trainings that can now be done on a member's own time instead of having to travel and do it live in one location
An easy place to house employee policies that they can access from anywhere at any time
The ability to offer training courses and topics previously not possible. Since we don't do all training in person, we can still offer personal development training

Usability

I have had nothing but great success using this system. It's so simple, the support is amazing, and the courses I'm able to create have been great. It's helpful to have different interactive course options like quizzes, accordion files for information disbursement, interactive videos, and charts to engage our end users.

Support Rating

The Tovuti LMS support team makes us know they care about our success. They meet with us as much as we want, provide online support, email support, and a host of other things to make sure we are as successful as possible! I've never had this kind of support before, and I love working with them.

The amount of support available alone makes this system as great as it is! This is the 4th LMS I've worked with and the 3rd I've personally had a hand in setting up. Tovuti LMS is by far the most user-friendly on both the admin and end-user sides that I've experienced. This system works great for our users many of whom are 65+ in age, so the user-friendly part is essential. I know I've already said it, but the amount of support provided by the Tovuti Team is top-notch. If someone that I'm dealing with doesn't have an immediate answer to my query someone else always gets back to me in a timely manner. I no longer have to spend additional time searching for answers.
