Overall Satisfaction with Tovuti LMS

We use Tovuti LMS to complete eLearning for all new employees who come on board with us. The scope is complete industry knowledge that we build out with our own content within Tovuti's platform.
  • Is user friendly and easy to use once you learn.
  • Great support team, very responsive!
  • Design is easy, no need to have web developer experience
  • Reporting and analytics are very thorough and detailed, always able to see what someone has done and when.
  • I'd like to see more functionality within the design, able to change things that are hard-coded to different colors or sizes which you can't change right now.
  • The prebuilt content could be more affordable, $20,000 a year isn't worth it if you aren't going to use every single piece of content.
  • I would like to be able to have people click on links and have a new window pop up, it keeps the link in the same window and the learner struggles to get back to Tovuti LMS.
  • Tovuti LMS is easy to use for our learners and they are retaining more information than our previous eLearning platform.
  • Learners are coming to training class with a thorough understanding of their role and are more prepared than previously
  • We've seen an increase in attendance of webinars since we are able to post them in the media library for employees to attend after they are life.
Once you get the hang of Tovuti LMS it can be easy to use, but with the stipulation that you are somewhat good with technology. If you struggle with technology this isn't the right platform for you, as the course authoring is very loaded and has a lot of parts included. If the design of the course was a little more user-friendly then this platform would be almost perfect.
My presale team, post-sale team, and support have all been amazing. Everyone is very friendly, understanding, and has great feedback. I'm excited to dive into Tovuti LMS University for even more info.
Tovuti LMS is super easy to use compared to Relias. Relias is very clunky and we always would have learners have issues with the platform. Tovuti's buildout process compared to Relias is very clean and easy to use. The analytics and reporting are also amazing, plus the cost is so much more affordable for what you're getting. The only caveat to this is that Relias has content included and the content is well done.

Some specific scenarios that Tovuti LMS is well suited for are if you don't have any content it's a great tool to build out that content and have it look professional, plus be easy to use for the learner. Tovuti LMS isn't well suited to someone who struggles with technology. There is a learning curve but once you get the hang of it, very easy to use.
