Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Tovuti LMS as an education platform to provide our field representatives the training and education they need to provide our customer the information they need to make confident purchases. It has majorly cut down on the amount of time it would take a new hire to learn our range of products and be productive in our sales environments. I shopped many LMS platforms and couldn't be happier with my decision, as it is extremely user friendly and houses all different types of content beautifully.

Pros and Cons

Extremely quick response and solution to any requests for help or assistance.
Easy to use and creates automation for added efficiency.

I would love to see Tovuti LMS add privacy measures that would confine visibility by course to allow more external partner participation.
While I appreciate the speed of response from the solution team, efficiency could be added by allowing quick video calls for identifying issues. It often takes a lot of effort to describe the issue, and it would be a quicker process to be able to show the problem.

Usability

As far as building the program, once you have learned the basics it is very easy to upload and create content. They also provide a ton of resources and have an extremely responsive help team, so when and If I am stuck, Tovuti is quick to help me find the solution. The test users I have given access to have all mentioned the ease of navigation and use of the program overall.

Support Rating

The Tovuti sales team was extremely helpful and continues to check in to ensure the use of the program is up to standards. I also receive communication from the upper levels of management, and you can feel their dedication to providing wonderful service. They are often seeking feedback to ensure that they are being represented well and that their customers are happy with their purchase and product.
