Overall Satisfaction with Treasure Data

[Treasure Data] is a tool we are implementing for several of our big consumer goods clients. The biggest implementation has [Treasure Data] CDP sitting in the middle of the core architecture of the client's digital customer experience. It centralizes customer data and provides a full 360 degree view of all of their customers, enabling near real time segmentation and data access, providing at the same time a single version of the truth. It is a global solution with tailored particularities for local markets (including legal requirements).
  • Workflow editor - especially split function
  • Out of the box connectors
  • Audience studio - easy of use for non technical people
  • Nice UI
  • Integration with advanced features - python, spark
  • Documentation accessibility and documentation quality
  • Testing of new features rollout
  • Develops integration
  • Enable a setup for multi location and larger developer team
  • Cost of deployment and licensing is lower than previous platforms
  • Access of data is possible for all systems and made easier (after implementation
  • Generates traction once presented to markets (tool is sexy to use and working well if technical implementation was done properly)
  • Answer business requirements through TD products such as advanced segmentation
  • Real data access (ADL)
More flexible in terms of capability, better DEVOPS (though still not ideal), large and better out of the box features/connectors, better UI, cost, integrated audience studio and active data layer (real time access data)
Well suited: Customer 360, easy of access for non technical people (out of the box features), segmentation is quite powerful also, speed to market is impressive

Less appropriate:
For technical advanced features, another is required. Advanced processing like heavy algorithm for deduplication or fraud detection.
