Overall Satisfaction with Trello

Trello is currently being used by all departments within our company to keep track of projects as well as project status (initial drafting, revisions, final draft, etc.). It really helps us keep everything in line and organized, ensuring that we know when each project is ready for review or ready to be sent to the client.

I prefer Airtable for project management, but I do like that Trello allows for the incorporating of personalized notes for other team members. This has helped us keep track of who's working on what and what stage of the process they're in. With Airtable, it's more about project management than communication.
Support is fine. We've had no problems thus far.

Trello is great for project management, as well as communicating with team members regarding specific projects. It allows for comments and tagging on each project post, which greatly helps our company to keep track of who's doing what on which project and where it needs to go next. It's proved to be a very useful tool for our team.

It's relatively simple to use once you get used to it. It could certainly benefit from the implementation of a tutorial or some sort of directions on how to use the site when you first get started, because it does have a slight learning curve. However, it doesn't take too long to get used to how the program works.
