Overall Satisfaction with Trello
In the organization we use Trello to manage the projects we have in process. It is excellent to know what each team member has to do, in the area of web development, graphic design and marketing. We are not confused about what each of us has to do, what he is doing and what he has already done. It is great even to clarify the doubts that arise during the development of the project. When I have a question about solving a problem in the code, I can post it on a Trello dashboard to discuss it with my colleagues. I like it very much so that we all discuss solutions.
- Organize projects very well.
- The tag system is great for prioritizing one task over another.
- Notifications are perfect to be aware of what is happening during the work day.
- Trello is a very secure application and keeps data confidential.
- If a project becomes very large, the board system becomes very difficult to keep orderly.
- Integration with other tools, such as GitHub is a bit complicated and I prefer not to use that.
- Personalization I see a little limited.
- The productivity of the team grew a lot.
- The tasks of each team member are very clear.
- People who know how to use integration with other software well use it very well, although I don't like it.
- The team can communicate very easily.
Trello is very easy to use. It is an intuitive software that does not require prior learning to take advantage of it. Asana has a complicated interface, not very intuitive and difficult to use. Trello has an intuitive interface that I like very much.
Compared to other alternatives, Trello simulates very well a blackboard dynamic that I like very much. It makes everything that should be so simple. He doesn't invent anything new, but he implements it perfectly, without complications. The use is very natural to me.
