Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using Trend Micro products for over 10 years now, only to find each version is better than the next. There is always an inspiration to grow as a company to fulfill the needs of customers and growing times.
Configuration and setup is straightforward. Management is easy and captures all the data you need.
I only ran into issues with upgrades and breaking the database sometimes. But Trend Micro support is always awesome and helps fix the problem. I would recommend the product if it doesn't break the bank $$.

VIPRE, Avast Business Antivirus and ESET Endpoint Security

We selected Trend Micro Smart Protection Suite because we originally deployed with their company and it was best on cost savings to stick with the same company. The products are getting better, and we have more ability to look into our devices for malicious infections. The other applications were too slow and did not manage as well.

Support Rating

I love the support Trend Micro gives to its clients. It never fails to get a rep on the line that can help solve a problem quickly. There was never a need to wait in line to have an issue solved. Everyone was genuine and nice, even when I was frantic! I appreciate all their hard work.
