Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to track the success of efforts, monitor our share of voice, and learn from our competitors. It's improved our ability to make data-driven PR choices and gives us a macro view of our program strategy. There is less throwing things out to see what will stick, and a better view into what has resonated previously, warranting further investment.

  • It's really helpful to monitor message pull-through when evaluating the quality of press coverage
  • Having separate dashboards for competitors or specific campaigns helps you stay focused

  • We tend to miss articles and this makes me worried about missed coverage
  • There needs to be a better way to evaluate the quality of competitor coverage for apples to apples comparisons
Cision Communications Cloud (with TrendKite)* is simple and customizable and doesn't try to throw in too many unneeded features. The reporting is quick, intuitive and shareable. The search terms are easy to edit and there is no "man behind the curtain" falseness to how they do things, meaning they act as a partner and quickly work to get what you need. It's so much better than meltwater or Cision (pre-TrendKite)* in that respect.

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite) is great for anyone seeing to increase awareness through press and monitor the competitive landscape in press.

Transition from TrendKite to Cision Communications Cloud

I've never sat with a question for very long, as their team is really quick with replies and on the spot with a solution. I have been pretty confused with a few details and their team has quickly responded to resolve and clarify as quickly as possible.

Using Cision Communications Cloud

It's very intuitive, responsive and sharply visualized to make gaining insights really fast.
