Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Aggregate media mentions of Black & Veatch, newsletter builds, share-of-voice measurement against competitors.

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is head and shoulders above Meltwater, whose UI and UX are years behind.
Measurement against competitors is Cision Communications Cloud's strong point. Being able to dice keywords, personalities and other factors and measure their impact in the marketplace is likely unparalleled. (I haven't seen every competitor.) The dashboards are a credible presentation of critical data that helps with upward management of our content.

Chat is helpful, but the team stands ready to talk by phone when necessary. The help desk is cheerful and empathetic. We appreciate their work.
