Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* as our primary public relations tracking software. It is incredibly beneficial for our business to track our press mentions, features, and watch competitor trends. We build monthly PR reports, and 90% of the metrics come directly from Cision Communications Cloud. Representatives at Cision / TrendKite are attentive, assist us with any troubleshooting, and help optimize our user experience. I couldn't effectively do my job without it!

- Providing material for professional development in the field (webinars).
- Reliable metrics and data.
- Certain valuable tools aren't included in package.
- It's pricey to upgrade.
I think the Cision Communications Cloud is more nuanced, more sophisticated, and easier to use. While Meltwater is cheaper and includes social listening (Cision Communications Cloud requires additional $$ for social listening), I think Cision Communications Cloud has a better dashboard and easier user experience. Meltwater tracking emails are more comprehensive when it comes to daily PR alerts.
