Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used within the PR/communications department to track sentiment and news coverage. It allows us to have a "big picture" view of our coverage in news stories.

Cision Communications Cloud gives you PR analytics that can keep up with the pace of the industry in the age of digital PR and allows users to quickly understand and organize the current landscape.
Cision Communications Cloud was very useful for reporting to executives, in particular, during crises. It was less helpful for day-to-day as it pulled in too much data that wasn't always relevant. Better filtering options would definitely help with this.
