Overall Satisfaction with Triblio

We use Triblio to find and identify accounts in our ICP that are surging on high-value intent topics. We deliver these to our SDR team for outreach as well as input leads from these surging accounts into nurtures to drive brand awareness.
  • Amazing customer success team.
  • Willing to work on our specific use case and make recommendations for ABM programs.
  • User interface is a bit difficult sometimes.
  • We sometimes have to go through our CSM to make changes.
  • Identifying surging ICP accounts.
  • Getting to prospective customers before competitors.
The support team is next-level helpful. Our CSM was diligent and met with us weekly to ensure we were meeting our goals.
Weekly meetings to update us on the product and how our programs were running, while also making recommendations.

Triblio is a great tool for identifying intent accounts and their customer success team is very knowledgeable on marketing and ABM tactics. If you are just getting started in ABM, Triblio is very hands-on and has helped us identify areas of improvement in our programs. We did not have a ton of success with ads through Triblio though.
