Overall Satisfaction with Tricentis qTest
We have 30-40 daily users creating and running test cases. We use Tricentis qTest to demonstrate proof of test execution with objective evidence.
- Basic Test Case design
- Tracking Test runs
- Traceability
- Poor reliability
- Poor support and issue resolution
- unable to track upload/deletion of attachments
- Frequent unexplained downtimes
- Does provide basic Test Case management
Not truly centralized. We rely on Jira mostly for testing documentation and Tricentis qTest for TC management.
Still evaluating. TestRail seems to be a far better solution but we need to solve migration issues.
