Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet handles our HR/payroll needs for all our employees which eliminate the need to have a dedicated HR person on staff. We ask our employees to us TriNet as their HR resource and their HR portal. We also utilizing the expense report module and timesheet module to manage employee project expenses and project hours. Since TriNet centralizes a lot of employee related information, it makes it easier for managers to resolve issues.
- TriNet does an amazing job centralizing employee related questions.
- TriNet support is extremely quick to respond and help resolve issues.
- TriNet makes it extremely easy for employees to quickly update and manage their own HR information.
- The TriNet Expense functionality is lacking. As a manager, it would great if I had the ability to generate summary totals by project and/or employee. Instead, I'm downloading the expense details and creating pivot tables in Excel. This seems like a basic feature that should be easy to reimplement from a development perspective.
- Our initial Client Associates were amazing, but our current one is not. After the first year, we experienced a high turnover rate for who was handling our account.
- TriNet is HR in the cloud. It makes it easy for employees to manage their own HR needs and frees up a person to work on business related matters.
- TriNet gives small business the HR infrastructure of a large corporation. It gives us the ability to be flexible with our employees to meet their needs.
