Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I use TriNet for processing payroll and as my human resource department. We also have our health insurance through TriNet.
  • I have a human resource specialist to handle any questions that arise. I can alway count on the information I receive.
  • The payroll is done accurately and on time and they are always willing to help me in any way.
  • Employees always have access through the website or the app.
  • I think the reports could be improved. They sometimes take a very long time to load.
  • Also, I sometimes have trouble with keeping the paid time off hours accurate and balanced with my records. I keep separate records for this reason.
  • I have had issues with special year end requests for extra withholding on bonuses.
The calls are answered quickly and I always have an answer when I hang up. If not my questions are answered in a timely manner.
Overall TriNet is very easy to use.

  • Trinet reduces the time I have to spend on administrative tasks
We have only used one other firm. We went back to TriNet because the reports were very easy to read and very transparent. TriNet was also easier to use when it came to the input of information.
TriNet's employees are always there to answer questions. You don't have to worry about recording keeping or doing the quarterly and annual reports. They have good choices for insurance plans for the employees to choose from.

Evaluating TriNet and Competitors

Yes - When I was employed with Texas National Bank we were using TriNet. We switched to Insperity, but went back to TriNet because it was so much more user-friendly and it the reports were so much more transparent.
