Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
Being used by our U.S. and Puerto Rico locations - it allows for us to easily manage remote workers in many states - they take on the heavy admin lifting for us.
Pros
- Set up new states
- Their platform and mobile app
- Maintaining compliance
- Easy payroll process
Cons
- Educated support for us to make informed decisions.
- Lack of access or visibility to processes with their 3rd parties impacting our employees, disability, life insurance and more.
- Benefits are not customizable enough to meet the needs of our organization -the benefits process in general.
- TriNet initially supported us seamlessly and fit our needs until we reach about 175 employees. Then the needs of our business required more flexibility which TriNet could not provide. We are almost 450 employees now.
- Payroll has always been a great motivator for us to be on TriNet.
- Our internal auditors cannot get the reports or appropriate info from TriNet.
We have not used support from TriNet around COVID, aside from a few notices about changes - we managed this internally only.
