Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet as an HRIS system for payroll, benefits, HR questions, etc. We had an old-school way of all paperwork and TriNet has been incredibly helpful with onboarding, departures, running payroll, tricky HR questions, and more. Having everything all in one location for the Company to access and all employees to access has really lessened the headache.

  • Live Chat.
  • Benefits.
  • Live chat times you out too quickly after you've been waiting a long time to speak to someone.
  • Sometimes not all of the Reps are on the same page with their answers, so you will get a lot of back and forth.
  • Hard to get ahold of your designated TriNet Rep.
TriNet has helped us with our HR processes by having all of the Onboarding paperwork online so that new employees can log on themselves and complete their I9, benefits, direct deposit, taxes information. We use to be old school with actual paperwork and it's really cut down on the time it takes to physically write everything out and all of the information is stored in the platform which is great.
TriNet's usability is extremely easy to learn and very intuitive.

TriNet is great for HRIS systems - payroll, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, tricky HR questions, etc. They could work on their Live Chat time-out times, having your designated Rep get back to you quicker, training all TriNet employees so that they are all on the same page and can provide the correct information.
