Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is our main HR Platform. We use it for payroll, which is easy to use and works like clockwork. We use it for all of our benefits and for our 401K. They make it easy for us to do every HR function imaginable! I would recommend TriNet for any company looking to streamline their HR.

TriNet has greatly improved its customer service this past year since changing its model. I have no issues any longer.
It's fairly user-friendly and easy to figure out. Their benefits platform is really easy to use and provides the information needed to go through the decision-making process.
