Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We were tasked with finding alternatives for the exisiting CRM and various other tools which the management thought should be replaced. We have gone through many review websites and many sources to find the right fit and that is when we came across TrustRadius. It was really good to know about TrustRadius because of its good in-depth reviews, which helped us to find the right tool.

- To compare products
- To determine what to ask a vendor
- To validate vendor claims
One of the key areas where TrustRadius was really helpful for us is to validate vendor claims and also find similar scenarios or use cases. We did our research and we have contacted the reviewers directly through their LinkedIn profiles to get a deeper understanding of the use cases of certain products.
We love long reviews which really give deeper insights into a platform. However, we would have really loved if there were more use cases mentioned since it would make a direct impact and it would become easier to finalize on a product. TrustRadius already has longer reviews compared to other review websites and that was really helpful. Like other websites, TrustRadius also has LinkedIn validation so we know for sure that reviewers are real.

We used many other websites to look at the products and TrustRadius was one of the most important platforms. Unlike the other websites, TrustRadius reviews were long and detailed which was really helpful.
Some of the other review websites we have gone through are AlternativeTo and Gartner Peer Insights. Both the platforms were limited to very short reviews which sometimes were not really useful. However, TrustRadius helped in that case.
