Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I was looking into a VoIP platform to use - and had no idea where to start. There were so many options out there and TrustRadius put them all in front of me and allowed me to easily compare their platforms and price points.
- To understand my options (i.e. build my short list or long list)
- To compare products
For me, the search and filtering options were very helpful at showing me appropriate software products. Also the ability to easily compare platforms between each other based on their features and prices.
When I look at reviews, I look for people who have similar use cases to me.
Having reviews allows me to comfortably select a software that has been proven by someone else with similar needs.
- Easy to use
- Get more granular with specific functionalities so I don't have to go to company websites
I read blog posts, and looked at company websites.
It was a cleaner interface and provided me with software that was more relevant to what I was looking for.
