Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I constantly use TrustRadius to find new software, solutions and platforms for the type of work I'm involved with. Particularly I need to have a fast pace to understand new trends, technologies, digitalization and industry 4.0, and TrustRadius is a true source of information I can rely on. It gives guidance and direction to understand what capabilities are in the market and which products are really overperforming compared to the others.

What I use the most is the software comparison between products with the same capabilities. It works as a sort of benchmark which helps me to make a preliminary selection, prioritize the products according to criteria evaluation and move forward in order to deeply understand the ones I understand are the best performers within the scope I'm looking for.
Reviews which give practical examples of a business situation are the ones most valuable in point of view. With this sort of information you can think on the scenarios and translate it to your current context in order to understand where the value lies. It is important to leverage these synergies and similarities.
In my view point, reviews are a natural resource for software selection. What makes it most interesting is that they are done with no bias based on opinion of people who really interacted with the solutions and felt the pros and cons of those solutions.

- This is by no means a con or negative point, but as a next step the interface of the platform could be revamp to be adapted to the new "digital era."
I use also reports from firms, they complement each other since these reports just provide the high level, and TrustRadius provides further details from real people who had good and bad experiences with several different solutions. That´s why I use both to build the structure of understanding in order to move forward.
TrustRadius has more diverse reviews with further details than other sites I have been on. This is the key point that makes me use TrustRadius as a reference case.
