Our company was looking at transitioning to AWS from IBM but we were on the fence. Our company has used IBM and their products for many years but we have been hearing a lot of good reviews for AWS but we weren't sure. But being able to use TrustRadius and seeing what clients of AWS had to say helped us with answering any questions we had while adding a level of comfort. I was one of the decision makers when deciding to transition to AWS. Before we decided to transition we were looking at either staying with IBM or AWS.

I find that the vendors here are very upfront and helpful. The honest information they provide helps companies like mine make the right decision when wanting to transition to new product that would allow their business to grow.

I honestly find TrustRadius as one of the top sites to go to for real reviews when looking at different products.

I have used the Gartner Magic Quadrant in the past but with the growth of our company and the direction we were going they just weren't going to be a good fit for us.

The product rating scores does help us in making decisions but at the end of the day the user reviews add more value to me than the user reviews.

The biggest challenges are is this product going to be a good investment for our company and will this help us grow while allowing us to hit our targeted goals.
