Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
Instead of purchasing IBM Cloud Storage, we were planning to buy Huawei Cloud Storage, but the review of IBM and the brand value, along with the service, impressed our organization and was considered a perfect fit for our business requirements. Thus, this helped a lot in selecting the right product for our organization.
The most recent one was IBM Cloud File Storage. We need this storage system for our complex and high amount of data storage needs, which this could easily cater to. It took around 1-2 months to finalize our decision for this purchase. Overall, a very good product, and the value it offers is incredible.

We are constantly getting good feedback from our organization after the purchase, and the user experience was top-notch with no post-purchase issues and reviews by top organizations.
Along with the ratings, we thoroughly go through the user details and experiences of that product and comparisons to other products. With TrustRadius, we get hands-on user experience, which is really helpful while spending organization money on such costly investments as buying products for commercial use.
