Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

Livestream
I was the sole decision maker. I was looking for a solution that allowed me to live stream to multiple social media accounts at once. Flutin fit the bill. It took me about a week to research and purchase the product as I wanted to understand the product in some level of detail and more importantly what other people had to say about it.
  • The number of products on TrustRadius
  • The number of detailed reviews
  • How you list alternative options
  • How you list pricing options
  • It’s hard to tell if the review was part of a promo or not
  • Perhaps offer filtering options by price, reviews etc.
I don’t use analyst reports or rankings.
I look at price, functionality, their level of customer service, and of course reviews from others. Through the reviews you can get an overall sense of how good the product is for your needs. I also take a look at their product roadmap to get a sense of what’s coming in the future.
It’s a great platform to find strong software solutions for your business. It has tons of products and reviews for each product, allowing you to decide what works best for you. I also like the way it’s organized and how it offers similar options for you to review. Overall it’s a solid platform in which you can make solid business decisions.
