Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
There were various projects and task management options, mainly Asana and Monday.com. Trello was considered but it was too basic.
The product was required so that the company could have a single place to plan and prioritize tasks, as well as then be able to discuss the specific tasks in the same place in context, rather than through a separate communication tool. Three people were involved directly, with around 5 more influencing the decision. It took around 6 weeks from starting to make the decision to sign up and onboard.
- It is a one-stop shop for software reviews.
- I believe the reviews I read here.
- It covers all the options you are looking at, so comparison is easy.
- I only use a small fraction of the software that has been reviewed.
- Sometimes the reviews are for use cases different to mine.
- TrustRadius
I only used TrustRadius from this list, so I am not able to compare it to the other options.
I did not use these reports.
Pricing tiers and the features unlocked at each, as well as ease of use and how well it integrates with other software that we use.
