Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We were already contracted to Chorus for our Conversation Intelligence Platform, mainly for our Sales organization and when the contract renewal was nearing its deadline, we were evaluating Chorus and Gong and we opted for Gong eventually. TrustRadius was one of several B2B Technology review platforms that we checked out.
The most recent buying project I last worked on was our Conversation Intelligence Solution. We rely on this solution for our sales organization's enablement and coaching. Being a Business-to-Business Software-as-a-service technology, it is much easier to rely on artificial intelligence and technology, in general, to ramp up our sales teams in the best possible way in order to be able to engage with our prospects and future clients with the right messaging and skills.

TrustRadius along with G2 offer me the best experience from my personal point of view of the wide range of applications and solutions available, the ease of use of the interface, and the accuracy of the reviews.
Using analyst reports and rankings like Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave reports plays a role in product research and evaluation as long as the use case is the same as the evaluation criteria I guess.
Along with a product’s overall score, there are other aspects that one should look for when determining whether a product will be a good fit for the organization or not. This includes but is not limited to product demos, product trials (if possible), available integrations, data and user segregation, security and access, product reviews, feature ratings, product videos, available integrations, etc.
