This is so helpful for our Sales and Demand Generation department to capture quotes about products and use them to generate more leads.
- I LOVE the visitor insights tracking ability. It's helpful to see who is looking at reviews, to hopefully intercept a potential customer right when they are looking to evaluate their software.
- Tagging quotes and is so easy and customizable.
- It could be cool to take it a step further from reviews to ratings to video reviews of some sort.

We've seen a lot more reviews come in over the last few months and we're beginning to organize these quotes so that our sales teams can use them to generate more leads.
One of my KPIs was to increase the number of ratings/reviews we have with the end goal of generating more leads.
We recently added in a question to show the enrollment band of the school. This has been extremely helpful to know if the review is coming from a small, medium, or large school and what each sized school is benefiting from with our software.
