Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We are using TrustRadius to help raise brand and product awareness with customer reviews submitted through the platform. From the content of these product reviews, we create TrustQuotes for creating web content through widgets that we embed on landing pages and throughout our website. We are early in our implementation and have plans to leverage the platform in greater depth as we build out our customer and sales enablement strategy. We are currently starting test campaigns to see the difference in conversions from gated landing pages with and without TrustQuotes customer review. We also are using the Visitor Insights information from people visiting our vendor page and taking the buyer intent data and using it as part of our ABM marketing campaigns.

  • We have referenceable customers! Customers raise their hands and tell us if they will be available for a reference request for PR, testimonials, etc.

The quality of the review content is great! It's different from other sites in that we are able to steer the type of product review feedback we're looking for through the use of custom questions. We also like the ratings and being able to see how many customers would recommend us to their colleagues.
As part of the review quality, the custom questions are specific to our product and feature set, and it helps us get the feedback we are looking for in particular. The ability to change up these questions is also nice because as we add new features, we can solicit new feedback that we can give to our product team.
We use other review sites depending on the segment of customers we select for product reviews. We use TrustRadius primarily to target enterprise size customers both for reviews and for buyer intent data. The platform is easy to use and customer support to get onboarded and ongoing help with strategy is great.
The review process is straightforward and easy for customers to fill out. I like how we met with the research team when we launched to help develop our review questions, and you have the option to change throughout the year. We haven't realized the entire value of TrustRadius since we have had limited resources internally. I expect to take more advantage of the review content and driving more reviews from customers in the next six months.
