Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
Using TrustRadius for Vendors helped us get on the right track to generate user reviews and use these reviews in our sales process. We still are at an early stage but already working to make the most of our TrustRadius for Vendors options.
- The onboarding is just great. We are very well supported by the TrustRadius team.

We tried to generate user reviews ourselves in the past before working with TrustRadius, and it did not work so well. We clearly see the difference since we started working with TrustRadius. Our review campaign has just started, but it has already proved to be efficient.
Adding custom questions to our questionnaire helps our customers talk about our key differentiators like our customer support. It highlights our differences with our competitors.
