We use TrustRadius to better understand and support our customers and how they use our products for their own success. TrustRadius also provides us with critical insights and assets that help drive our business forward, including reference data, intent data, testimonials, referrals, and more.
  • Dashboards are easy to maneuver and understand.
  • Visitor insights are a valuable resource.
  • Trust Quotes library is crucial to our marketing efforts.
  • Ability to customize questions is ideal.
  • Quality of review campaign emails is a bit outdated and sometimes misinterpreted as spam by our customers, preventing them from leaving reviews.
  • Price to upgrade to some offerings is high.
  • TrustRadius has provided valuable competitive intelligence insights.
  • TrustRadius has armed our sales teams with critical and actionable intent data.
  • We're provided with valuable references and customer testimonials that are useful to our marketing team.
The quality of our customer reviews is above par. We're provided with a level of detail we don't often get, as well as important critical feedback we're able to get into the hands of our product teams to make improvements.
We use both TrustRadius and G2. Each have their own strengths. G2 Crowd is more about quantity and TrustRadius is more about quality for us.
