Overall Satisfaction with TweetDeck
TweetDeck allows me to manage multiple Twitter accounts in an accurate and efficient manner. This tool will eventually be used by multiple members of our team.
- Tracks notifications so I can easily respond in a timely manner.
- Allows me to view all accounts at once, and change out other columns at will.
- When I "like" a comment, it can be difficult to manage which account I am interacting from.
- Because I use multiple accounts, it is challenging to follow other accounts for useful information all on one screen.
- TweetDeck has had a tremendous impact on my business because I am able to quickly post and interact with Twitter in a way that adds time to my day, rather than having to check-in several times daily.
At this point, we do not need the other services that Hootsuite provides, though I am happy with that product. TweetDeck fulfills the perfect function we need for Twitter at this point.
