We use Sendgrid to send high-volume email marketing campaigns that are automated in nature. Its reports and analytics help us keep track of deliverability and email performance. Its template library is a widely used feature in my organization.
We chose Sendgrid in place of Mailchimp because of the robust reporting and the integrations it offers. Needless to say, it offers one of the best data security in the market.

- The UI can be improved and made more user friendly for the beginners
- The slab based pricing and the features associated can be improved. Basic plan doesn't have a lot of key features.

I have been using Sendgrid for a while now, and the main reason to select it in the first place was because of the data analytics it offered and data security. Its high deliverability and rates and the pricing offered for our requirement suited our budget; hence, we chose it over Mailchimp and Sendinblue.
