Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SendGrid primarily in conjunction with ClickFunnels to fulfill all of our emails. ClickFunnels doesn't have the ability within to actually send, so this is a very economical and dependable solution.

Pros and Cons

Integrates with other systems, such as ClickFunnels.
Builder is super easy to use and send emails directly from the system.

In reporting, would like to see actual users that click/opened emails.

Return on Investment

As a marketing agency, it has been a very dependable tool for our marketing campaigns for our clients.

Alternatives Considered

Mailchimp and Constant Contact

Twilio is a better all-around system and comes at a much less expensive price.

ClickFunnels, Hatchbuck

Likelihood to Recommend

Twilio is well suited for small businesses and integrating with other systems. It has a very easy-to-use interface. It is probably less appropriate for large corporate companies that want more robust features.

SendGrid is an invaluable tool that we use daily for marketing programs for our clients
