Overall Satisfaction with Uberflip
I work for the IT business segment of my company, and we are using Uberflip to create an easy to use resource center to promote to our customers as part of our nurturing program. Currently, we do not house our IT focused content in one place, and by using Uberflip, we are addressing this problem.
- Uberflip organizes content in a way that is easy to navigate from a customer perspective
- You have the ability to organize your content in a way that makes sense for your audience
- The customer service is fantastic, they answer questions quickly and in a detailed manner
- Love the minimal progressive profiling and the use of tiles on pages
- Integration with more marketing automation platforms (currently working on integrating with Act On)
- More functionality in the blog creator tools (ex: having an organized area for managing photo content, being able to increase/decrease font size)
- Ability to upload short PDFs (ex: for infographics, 1-2 page tip sheets) as PDFs instead of requiring them to turn into flip books (or uploading as a blog post)
- We are still in the building phase and have not launched Uberflip as a live version yet, but I am sure it will increase our lead conversion and customer service when it does!
