Overall Satisfaction with Uberflip
Uberflip is being used to create, curate, and report on our Data Center Resource Center. It is being used in only one region currently. Uberflip allows us to create an aesthetically pleasing place on the web that is intuitive and give us access to metrics on our contents' performance.
- Customer service - Their success team is extremely responsive, intelligent, and they get our issues solved quickly.
- Aesthetics - You can tell that they have taken a lot of care to make sure that their product looks slick and up to date.
- Customer Engagement - Their emails updates are great and very informative. They also have created a community of their own called the A-List. It fosters interactions between users as well as does a great job allowing their users to promoters of the product.
- They are a young company. Therefore there are some growing pains that they are going though (we expect this though given their age). They don't always have all of the necessary functionality that an advanced client might require. That being said they will work hard to span any gap.
- Image management inside of the platform must be improved. Having a folderized image library would go a long way!
- Connections to more email markteing platforms (Act-On specifically) - They are working on this.
- We have not yet gone live with the platform but we are looking forward to the increased engagement with customers.
- We are optimistic that the platform will more than pay for itself in the first year.
We had trouble finding any direct competitors that offered same level of quality in look, metrics, ease of use.
